this story is also available as an audiozine. it serves as a reintroduction to walter w. welles, who first appeared in an audio-drama produced by misfitsaudio. walter is an accidental sleuth, gifted with supernatural luck and very little actual detective ability. 

the book is 49 pages long, and just over 14000 words long. it was supposed to be a short story, but technically it is not. 

walter welles will return (at the beginning of his career) in I AM NOT DEAD YET, a web-novel that SHOULD (by all accounts) start running on february 26th (probably on tapas).
